She coordinates with other professionals such as contractors / architects, subcontracts on an independent basis. She controls fabrication, installation, electricity, paint and wall covering work to ensure job success. Susana’s approach to design differs from other designers in that she has the unique ability to combine unconventional colors, materials or textures as well as the old with the new, using the client's furniture and discoveries found in international shops, at antique shops, flea markets or tailor made pieces, she designs and develops for her clients. She creates a concept and the result is an unique, balanced, modern home that reflects each client’s individuality and which is different from any prediction.

She uses 3D computer-aided drafting for a better concept understanding on interior design factors such as space planning, color coordination, layout and utilization of furnishings or equipment.
